  “ Hi Gerri - Welcome to the group! If you haven't ridden a scooter or motorcycle before, please put some hrs in on it before going on your first group ride. As easy as it looks, it itsn't. My first day of riding, I broke my collarbone. As Marie said the Motorcycle Safety Course will prepare you for the road and, you can bypass the DMV riding portion of the test by passing theirs. If you have a permit, no night rides & no passeners. Other than that, you'll love it! ”
